Cant get speedsteps ryzen 3900x #90

Captura de pantalla 2020-06-30 a las 17 13 13 Hi all! I have brand new system with MSI x570 wifi edge and ryzen 3900x.

Everythig is working perfectly, but I cant get speedsteps with power gadget and kexts installed. Always displays my max turbo. I tried to configure freq in auto (3,8ghz in stock) and overclock it to 4,4ghz, but cant get speedsteps in both of them. How can I fix it?

Please refer to some previous issues. I am using a similar hardware configuration as yours and works fine. This should have something to do with BIOS settings.
