Useless menu items #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Boot the board
2. Go to "Settings" 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In Settings menu Bluetooth and WiFi items are available, but Beagleboard
(rev.C3)& OMAP3EVM (rev.D) don't have this features on board by default.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
