Enable Recording functionality by default on OMAP3EVM #37

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. building rowboat for OMAP3EVM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be able to capture raw PCM without having to enable the capture 
devices using alsa_amixer. Currently need to enable capture devices using 
alsa_amixer command.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Non-DSP Android Eclair version of Rowboat
