Have two separate lists for all resolved mods and current profile mods #104

introduce two lists of mods:

the list on the left should be a list of all available resolved mods
the list on the right should be the mod list of current profile
by dragging and/or double-clicking, mod(s) from all resolved mods can be added to a profile mod list -* support for bulk mod addition

possible implementation:

any resolved mods are added into an invisible "all" profile.

I'm unsure about splitting the main panel since that'll greatly increase the max window size, but a window showing the contents of the cache and also providing ways to check for updates for specific mods or remove from the cache entirely would be quite useful.
