Try using npx instead of the bin in node_modules #28

As found here (🤦 I'm blind) https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator-cli#installation

It seems to be the more solid alternative, and one less problem (the path) in cross platform support.

Will it work on Windows?
