add plugin to check package.json for unused deps #47

[x] implement log to JSON
[x] implement update package.json
[x] log an info message at postinstall ~run generator at postinstall of the plugin (console logging only), and suggest uses (CI, postinstall, manual, ...)~
[x] write README, mention the original code and its author, and link to the video of the original demo at Nx Conf
[x] unit tests
[x] e2e tests
[x] open issue for running the generator at its own postinstall
[x] open issue asking for help because this should probably have an eslint rule as its main use case 🤣
