Added English and Swedish summary, description, and disclaimer to addon.xml.in to flesh it out just a little. At least it is something to built on.

Most lines was more or less copied with small changes PVR IPTV Simple Client from https://github.com/kodi-pvr/pvr.iptvsimple/blob/master/pvr.iptvsimple/addon.xml.in

Could probably have done more translations one line at a time with Google Translate https://translate.google.se/
