save/load settings from/to file #118

feature request:

allow gui/standalone version to save/load settings from file. Very useful in case you do manual changes to presets.

I dont personally think this is a good idea, plugins shouldnt need to implement their own preset handling, we have host provided utlities for that. If you use ardour or jalv for example, they provide tools to generate your own LV2 presets.

Modifying the existing presets is a bit different though. The "factory" presets that master_me comes with are read-only as they come part of the plugin binary.

This is needed for the standalone program. It's cumbersome to start the standalone binary and modify settings every time. For plugins, yes it's not needed.
