Request translations #212

We should ask end users if they are willing to translate the app into their 
language.  I think many people would want to but probably would not find this 
website.

Perhaps after the end of the nth track we show a dialog something like:
Would you be interested in translating this application into your language?
yes would send them to the right webiste. [Probably the translation wiki.]

If you're a developer, are you willing to implement this yourself? (you
probably still want to let us know so we can discuss how it'll work and
whether we believe it's a good feature to be merged into the main mytracks
distribution)
yes, but it will take me a while
