Spanish version -- Spain, formal #275

Hello all,

Please find attached the 'arrays.xml' and 'strings.xml' for MyTracks 
localization into formal Spain's Spanish. Hence, the files should probably be 
inside a 'values-es-res' folder.

Please notice that there are significant differences between Spanish in Europe 
and in America. The translation attached should be good for European Spanish.

I went through your changes.  It seems like most of the changes are due to the 
fact that you started with a more recent version of strings.xml.  I found very 
few real changes.  You can view my version here:

I am going to go through the changes and move some of your changes over to the 
base spanish translation.

[Remember that we only need to declare strings which are different than the 
values or values-es strings.]
