Need to be able to accurately import POI to Android Auto #22

Android auto uses addresses, and not all places have addresses, and some addresses are not specific enough - e.g. if a house has two gates on two roads; or if an 'address' is a dirt carpark in the middle of nowhere where a walk starts from.

Add pluscodes, and either support upload to myMaps or myContacts to google.

Added ability to include plus-codes in v0.6 and create phantom contacts in google contacts. e.g. tracks.gpx places will get imported as 'people' with a surname of 'Tracks', and a first name associated with the specific POI entry. There will be no address, just a PlusCode, as Google thinks it knows better if you try to add any address entries and overrides the PlusCode. Note it is a positive decision to use the name/surname, as organisations without named people are not listed in Android Auto.
