Feature Description

The default error handling provided by discord.py is pretty bare bones. We can improve upon it.

Implementation

[ ] Help command errors (i.e close match)
[ ] Command errors (i.e incorrect usage, close match)
- Could be cool to have an autocomplete feature here
[ ] Any other relevant user propagated errors
[ ] Consider any dev propagated errors
