Patch to controll "follow_all_redirects" #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It is not possible to access the "follow_all_redirects" variable from 
outside the lib 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.0 / Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached is a Patch that allows to set the "follow_all_redirects"

You can always access member variables:

h = httplib2.Http()
h.follow_all_redirects = True
