create REPLACE_WRONG_WORD question type #21

Sentence appears with EN translation and a VN sentence with wrong word-- select wrong word in VN sentence and choose from multiple choice for a correct answer.

Implementation notes:

This one and FILL_IN_BLANK(#22) seem like they could share a phrase type that looks something like this:

{ qType: QTYPE.REPLACE_WRONG_WORD, vietnameseLower: "Tôi là", vietnameseUpper:"", vietnameseMissing: "phụ nữ", english: ["I am a woman", "I'm a woman"] }

The template displays:

One word in the VN phrase might not translate to the EN phrase; select the incorrect VN word and its correct replacement from the choices

// English phrase // VN Phrase with words that are clickable

// choices

This question type seems like it could be used pretty effectively for tricky tone-matching/spelling questions in addition to the vanilla translate stuff.
