Call not hanging up #572

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter a number to dial (local network) sip:unknown@192.168.0.250
2. Other device answers call, conversation works ok
3. Press Hang Up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Call should hangup

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iOS6, iPhone 5, XCode 4.5.2, Siphon 2.

Please provide any additional information below.
You can see the pjsua_call_hangup_all(); or individual hangup calls are made, 
but it has no effect, however if you wait for around 30 seconds the other party 
disconnects.

If you wait 30 seconds, then press hangup, it works.
