So far:

A couple of bug fixes with config
Send client type and version during lsp initialization
Code cleanup and comments
Fix failures to show all, not just finite number

Todo:

The remaining TODO: TYLER items
Setup instructions and debug any relevant issues
Audit other config issues, outside workspace situation
Audit the end_col bug with adding characters and getting diagnostics/code actions
Note deps
Test different platforms
Add init instructions for new trunkspaces
Repo documentation
More logging utilities
