Push notifications and badges on iOS appear to be broken

Been using Trunks on my iPhone for a few days now and I noticed push notifications appear to be broken.

I only see the push notifications when I have the app opened in the foreground plus performing a refresh. The notification will only push after specifically:

• opening Trunks
• Tapping "alerts"
• Refreshing the alerts screen

I've double checked the settings both within Trunks and the Notifications settings screen for iOS. Specifically, I have Trunks set to push notifications for boosts and mentions.

(It's not that I am not receiving notifications at all, but they don't push when the app is closed. I have other Mastodon clients installed on this same device, with push notifications enabled and I receive push notifications when those apps are closed.)

On an iPhone 13 with latest iOS update as of submitting this issue (16.6)

Is this on the beta channel - and can you describe what build this was? build information is at the bottom of settings @avoidthehack

It's the production build. Build is 1.2.5:130
