Only moves between PCs on one monitor #34

I have one PC with two monitors, and one laptop with the laptop monitor positioned beneath one of the monitors. image The laptop is beneath monitor 1. When I move the cursor to the bottom of monitor 1, the cursor is blocked. When I move the cursor to the bottom of monitor 2 the cursor is switched to the laptop. When I move the cursor to the top of the laptop's screen the cursor is switched to the PC on monitor 2.

From what I understand, the bottom of both monitors should be treated like a single screen boundary, so I should be able to go to the top-right of the laptop screen and switch to the PC monitor 2, or to the top-left of the laptop screen to switch to the PC monitor 1.

Update: I learned that going from the laptop to the PC, the top-left 2/3 will bring me to the relative point on the PC's monitor 1, and the top-right of the laptop screen will bring me to the bottom-left corner of the PC's monitor 2 (anywhere in the top-right 1/3 will result in the very corner, whether it's on the left of the 1/3 or the right corner, both will put the cursor on monitor 2 in the lower-left corner). Going down from the PC, monitor 1 blocks the cursor entirely; monitor 2 only once transitioned the cursor from the left-corner of monitor 2 to the left corner of the laptop screen, every time following however when I went down from monitor 2's left corner it appeared on the left-side of the right 1/3 (ie relative placement). If I go down from the right corner of monitor 2 the cursor comes down from the right corner of the laptop screen.
