MM disconnecting frequently #44

I have 2 laptops, the main with a docking station and 2 monitors, mouse and keyboard and the other is standalone. They are both on the same subnet and the same wireless SSID and the signal is not excellent but pretty good. I keep a continuous ping on both and I can see that the network rarely fails but MM fails all the time.

The only logs I could find are the mini log which shows: Last 10 trace messages: (2): SystemEvents_PowerModeChanged: Suspend (2): SystemEvents_PowerModeChanged: Resume (8): Trace: Clipboard monitor method AddClipboardFormatListener is used.

The configured options are:

OPTIONS: (1) &Transfer file (0) Send &error log (0) Show clipboard/&network status messages (0) Same subnet only (0) &Use Key Mappings (0) &Validate remote machine IP Address (1) &Draw mouse cursor (0) &Move mouse relatively (1) &Hide mouse at screen edge (0) Block mouse at screen corners (0) &Wrap Mouse (1) &Block Screen Saver on other machines (1) Hide &logo from Logon Screen (1) &Share Clipboard (1) Disable &CAD comboBoxEasyMouseOption = Enable comboBoxScreenCapture = S comboBoxEasyMouse = Disable comboBoxReconnect = R comboBoxSwitchToALLPC = Disable comboBoxExitMM = Q comboBoxLockMachine = L comboBoxShowSettings = M (0) radioButtonDisable.[&Disable] (0) radioButtonNum.[&1, 2, 3, 4] (1) radioButtonF1.[&F1, F2, F3, F4]

and also showing this on the log:

=>(939258349):error Helper:3350252 and using version 2.2.1.0327 I can see under the disconnected device showing "Error" and after a few seconds just (...) and I have to reconnect manually. Unfortunately this happens several times per hour and it's seriously annoying. Is there any way to troubleshoot this further or does anyone have any suggestion on how to improve this or is this just what I can expect? I don't think it's a networking issues because on on VoIP calls when this happens and the continuous ping doesn't fail. Thanks in advance. C
