Can do Incremental export？ #6

I don't know if this feature can be implemented.

I didn't find incremental export of dynamodb through google.

@Zhang21 Thanks for open this issue. Unfortunately, Due to some funding issue, I don't have access to dynamodb store anymore. It prevents me to update this tool with new features.
