Compatibility with Google Pixel 3 Watch #45

When trying to install the app on a Google Pixel Watch 3 the message in the Play Store is that the app is incompatible with the device. Does something need updating to declare compatibility please?

I think the issue is due to Pixel Watch 3 running WearOS 5, as stated on this page: https://gluroo.com/blog/glucrew/gluroo-for-wear-os-blood-glucose-levels-on-your-smart-watch/

Update: inspired by the instructions on Gluroo, I side loaded G-Watch Wear and was able to add the complication to a stock watch face.
