Update keyboard header #137

Updates what I believe to be the duo header with HID keyboard support. heres where the updated numbers came from

this code is pretty arcane to me though. Also I dont have test hardware so this is just speculation of how I think things work in my happy little world. Could maybe fix, https://github.com/trustcrypto/OnlyKey-Firmware/issues/135

I'd be happy to loan my hardware and do any testing, I would just need a build and instructions on how to flash my device. (if this is even a worthwhile train of thought)
