Hungarian keyboard layout #90

This commit adds Hungarian keyboard layout to the firmware.

All ISO-8859-1 compliant characters available on a Hungarian keyboard under Windows can be typed with this, except Đ, for some reason.

Additional letters/symbols available on the keyboard that are not included in ISO-8859-1 are also programmed the same way as in other layouts, but this feature does not seem implemented in the main app.

@takd Thanks! We will have to make change in the app as well to be able to select the new option.
