I tried to locate information about OpenARC as well as the mentioned mailing lists at www.trusteddomain.org, but to no avail.

http://www.trusteddomain.org/mailman/admin does not mention openarc-xyz
If you dare to send an e-mail, you get "550 5.1.1 openarc-announce@trusteddomain.org... User unknown"
