Fixes: #278

Ported test over from OSV's loader, but commented out quite a bit since the ingestion of the product statuses seems incomplete.

@bobmcwhirter can you provide some guidance around ingesting the product status stuff (your commented-out code) so that I can uncomment the bulk of the test?

I think we have no support around product yet but Dejan is working on it.
