I think we should refactor the structure of this repo by adding folders at the root directory:

blockchain/deploy-tools/ containing the three deploy tools directories, having a single readme for all the deploy tools and removing the redundancy.
blockchain/bridge/
blockchain/quickstart/

Tell me what you think about it.
