Update docs #65

This adds some more documentation. Unfortunately I did run into issues with dependencies, so I also fixed that.

* Do I understand that correctly that most of alle CI targets get only executed for tags now? That confuses me. confused

no, IIRC all of the dependencies of a workflow that have a tag filter also need a tag filter.

* If we upload that to _PyPI_ now, why don't we suggest to use that for installation or at least list ist somewhere?
