[Interop] Automation of Mobile App Testing #26

We seek a solution for mobile app automation testing.

We will use this issue to noodle on a solution.

For starters here is a list of suggested open source tools to consider.

After doing an assessment, we selected Appium for tests between our products, but have not yet evaluated trying to use Appium to test against any other product or test harness.
