Provide LICENSE file. Similar to https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/blob/main/LICENSE.md. Note, LICENSE.md should be LICENSE ( no extension ) per the standards.

@elisatrevino where can we get the appropriate LICENSE file for this repository?

As per https://wiki.trustoverip.org/display/HOME/Technology+Stack+Working+Group, the 'source code' license is Apache 2.0.I created a PR for this.

Sorry for the hassle. I had to redo the PR. Also, the Github UI wants to link the first PR to the issue by default. That's why the linking-unlinking of the wrong PR.

@a-fox this is good stuff! Thanks. Generally though, shouldn't the PR be tagged as status: last-call so that if anyone has an issue they can raise it before a merge happens?

As discussed in TATF meeting, we need a doc that contains all IPR clauses. This will be driven by @talltree to discuss with appropriate legal people on how we should address this issue.
