At this moment, I cannot say which tool I prefer based on personal experience, as I have no such experience.

However, in the eSSIF-Lab project, a Terminology section is currently being setup - not yet available now - using Docusaurus v2 (the new development they're doing). Since I'm involved in that I have a personal interest to align as much as possible, and therefore I second going to Docusaurus.
