The templates folder has a number of document outlines (templates) that are intended to help bootstrap Task Force work on a variety of deliverable types.
We need a Foundation level effort (maybe in the Ops Team) to:
Review current proposed templates
Update / Add templates based on initial work experience
Proposed Solution
These outlines will evolve over time but the goal of this issue is to get an initial pass completed of what is minimally accepted.
For example: We may want to leverage outlines used by OIX.
