Test upgrading Spec-Up-T installation #31

Spec-Up-T is an npm package installed in your installation of a Spec-Up-T specification created via the installer (new terminology needed?)

Updating Spec-Up-T is a matter of running npm update, but if changes are made to the installer, currently, these have to be created manually.

Let's test this on a fork of CTWG-main-glossary (https://github.com/trustoverip/ctwg-main-glossary)
