Looks like something's happened to the deploy actions on the most recent merges #88

Something has happened to cause the github actions to fail to deploy the latest spec.

For example https://github.com/trustoverip/tswg-cesr-specification/actions/runs/8620740083 Seems to be some kind of git error.
