Update abstract.md with link changes and some wording changes. #105

Small aesthetic changes to some wording.

Changed URL for the first link to "DID Method" to reference the definition of did method from the did-core spec.

@2byrds wasn't sure where #specific-did-method-schemes was supposed to go in that first link but it didn't seem to go anywhere other than the overall spec. Maybe that was intended or maybe it was a relic of some past version of the did-core spec, I couldn't quite figure out by going to that repo. #dfn-did-schemes was maybe what we were linking to before? While I was there I made some small aesthetic changes to some wording. The link or those changes could be wrong so feel free to disregard.

Probably not high on the list of priorities but the third paragraph here in the abstract could probably use some more elaborate changes as it reads a confusingly. I can give a shot at it but didn't want to unilaterally propose a big change unless that was something you were cool with.
