DID Document section - Remove KERI endpoint roles? #54

From @swcurran I would suggest that there should not be KERI service endpoints in the DIDDoc. Anyone that wants to use the additional features of KERI can get the endpoints from the KEL/TEL. I would push against adding the list of the roles for KERI into the spec, or any reference to BADA-RUN. That is all in the KERI spec.

From our meeting today: KERI service endpoints will be included in the metadata, not listed as DID Document service endpoints UNLESS registered as DID Document service endpoints. There is concern with compatibility between did:web and did:webs documents.

From our meeting today: We will generically describe how to specify service endpoints using KERI. But we will not provide so much detail regarding the roles, etc. This should simplify the spec.

They were removed and a reference was place for the keri spec.
