TrustOverIP needs to host a service profile definition for the TRQP so people can reference it as the service profile (i.e service definition) for their TRQP implementation.

Service Profiles is a pointer within a DID Document to a resuable static document resolvable by HTTP that describes the capabilities of a service. In this case, TRQP
