The spec reads very well; this is a minor editorial comment: there are 6 instances of "Support Systems" and 3 instances of "support systems". 5 of the 6 instances of "Support Systems" initiates the definition of "TSP Support Systems" when hovering mouse over text. All 6 should be renamed "TSP Support Systems" and the 6th should link to the definition. I believe that the three lower case "support systems" are fine.
