We've had an enquiry from one of our clients that some orders are not receiving Trustpilot invitations, and customers are therefore unable to leave positive reviews following excellent customer service.
We have three payment methods in use:
Looking through our invitations list, we only appear to be requesting invites for the SagePay frontend checkout method, i.e PayPal Express Checkout and SagePay through MOTO are both missing.
Steps to reproduce
Expected Result The user is added to the invitation queue and is invited to review the company after default time set.
Actual Result User is not added to the invitation list at all.
