Unable to set email settings for different Store Views. #80

In the settings under Invitation I am trying to set the Language and Email templates for various storeviews. I can add settings for additional languages/ store views with the link + Add additional languages However when I do that I cannot select all of my Store Views in the Website dropdown. It seems that only the options from one of my Store Groups are available.
