Wallet BCH transaction with no fee stuck pending #39

I tried a withdrawal of BCH and didn't notice that the wallet assigned a fee of "zero" so, that transaction has been pending for days. I looked at a block chain explorer and the transaction is not there. So the wallet is just stuck trying to send it. Will it just give up after a few days or will it be stuck pending indefinitely? Is there a way to just tell the wallet to cancel the transaction? Any help would be appreciated, or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

@chaparral13 can you provide transactions ID and screenshots? so we can debug this issue

Since transactions are very cheap on the network, it would be $0.001 - in this case, we only show the first two digits as $0.00

And this is all I see. Is this right? I'm want to make sure I'm sending you what you're asking for.

also when did you make this transaction?

I did it 02Jan2019, but for some reason, everytime I check it it changes the date and time to the moment I'm checking it. I sent you screen shots of all the screens I've gone into. Maybe I'm not understanding. But here they go. I just took these. (3)

I do not see any screenshots in here.

Can you try one thing before we move forward, import your wallet - can try to make BCH transfer again from that wallet? you should not see this pending transaction then.

I just tried and it gave me a transaction error message. Tell me if you get this picture

@chaparral13 can you be able to record a short video of how the transaction is failing every time you are trying. This is gonna help us understanding the issue and fix it.

I don't know why the photos are not getting thru. I keep attaching them. I sent them to my self on another email and I am able to see them. I am now going to try sending them to you as a zip file and see if that works. If this doesn't work I don't know how else to send them to you. Any ideas.

I'm trying this from my laptop, since I didn't have luck thru my phone. If this doesn't work, is there another email address that might work for you. I'm just using Gmail and I don't think I've ever had this problem before.
