Figure 4 legend refers to "The mean posterior scaled effective populations... is shown for each virus." These are not actually shown in Figure 4, at least not in a way that is obvious to me.

Thank you for catching this. Estimates of Neτ had been included in figure 4, but were moved to table 2 and the figure 4 legend not updated accordingly. This has been fixed to leave just the estimates in table 2.
