feat:Updated Together AI models

Walkthrough

In this update, new model classes JedifyLlama38BChatModel and VicunaV1513BModel have been added to the TogetherAI provider. Additionally, the TogetherAiModelIds enum and TogetherAiModelProvider class received updates to include these new models, complete with their detailed characteristics and configurations. This expands the range of models available for dynamic AI purposes.
