Datapack broken as of 20w22a #3

Sure you already know, but as of the latest snapshot (20w22a), with changes made to datapacks, this one is currently non-functional.

Yep, pretty sure this is https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-186089

Trivial workaround is just /reload after login
