Add population data for each location node

So far so good. Most locations are accommodated. The following is a list of places that do not have a population mapping to a location node. There could be several reasons why each location doesn't map. Some locations just don't have an reported covid data in the JHU data, for example. Some are purposefully excluded, like the redundant D.C. node. Some, idk. Like, there should be no issues with mapping the South Sudan population to the South Sudan location node. Each would need to be investigated individually. (Except for all the Virginia cities. The U.S. Census treats those a different blocks than the counties. A fix for all those could happen as a mapping of a Virginia city to the county it resides in and sum the two populations.)

Earth population count is coming up a bit short at 5.9 billion. There could be several factors, not the least of which being the previous comment. Will have to investigate.
