Add Commits as Story Comments #26

It would be cool if any commits I made in the story branch got added to the story's comments on Pivotal. Should this be baked into git-pivotal or is there a commit-hooky way to do it already?

Hey zeke,

This is a cool idea. I've wanted to add it for a while, but don't yet have the plumbing to easily add/remove the git-hook from a user's repo. It's on the todo list though!
