A Bootstrap Tab is a ul tag with nav and nav-tabs classes applied.

Should inherit UnorderedList
Provide method for easily adding the tabs (which map to li tags with role="presentation)
Support nav-justified
Provided active and disabled kwargs when adding items
Must support dropdowns
