Add Bootstrap List Group #50

Make the ListGroup object to wrap an UnorderedList with list-group class and use list-group-item li tags to represent its items.

Provide support for adding active and disabled items
Support list-group-item-success, -info, -warning, -danger severities.
Provide a mechanism for creating the list using div and button instead of ul.
Support for custom items using list-group-item-heading and list-group-item-text
