Allow selection of language #3

My default desktop language is English but I am currently learning German. It would be nice if I can choose which language to use so that I can set it to de-DE. (I'm using it pronounce as a Firefox add-on.)

Hey! I don't know if you have the extension pinned to the toolbar but you should be able to see this:

Hmmm... What OS are you using? What version of firefox? The combo box is getting the voices from the speech synthesis API...

That screenshot came from a laptop with Windows 10 1809 and Firefox 84.0.1.

I tried it in another laptop with Windows 10 2004 and Firefox Firefox 84.0.1 and this is what I get:

That it is very weird. At the bottom of this webpage, in the html section, you can double check which voices are installed on your version... I really don't know why you don't seem to have all of the voices
