wrender: Remove platform version and display name environment additions from the COPY block #17

Addresses issue #15 (Remove platform version and display name from environment variables).

Updated wrender back to its former glory — the copy block only adds RUN_ENV_PLATFORM_NAME, and only if it is not already defined in /etc/environment.
