Updates to msegs_emm_gcam_ref.json were requird to correct the energy totals for heating and cooling remapped from Scout's end uses to use only what is under the 'supply' key. Updates to tsv_load.gz were also required to rename clothes washer and clothes dryer end uses with clothes washing and clothes drying, respectively.
